In 2020, the Shandong Administration for market regulation completed 40 health food production enterprise system inspections throughout the year. Targets of the annual system inspection include small, medium, and large health food manufacturers and health food manufacturers of local specialties. The administration went through relevant laws and regulations to determine three inspection content: the comprehensive inspection, batch traceability, and inspection capability verification. In addition, the administration analyzes the social environment and industrial value chain of Shandong health food industry from different aspects, forming a well-established system inspection analysis report.
