Recently, the General Office of the State Council announced 58 items that will be realized “interprovincially”, especially including “domestic health food filing”. By the end of 2020, General Administration of Market Supervision will allow that applicants won’t be restricted by enterprise location and can apply for domestic health food filing from a different place. Therefore, it will bring more convenience to enterprises, save time and capital cost, and share the technical burden of some provincial bureaus.  In addition, by the end of 2021, 74 more items will be realized ” interprovincially “, including “review of health food advertisements” and “review of special medical use formula advertisements”.
