In 2020, the pharmaceutical retail industry, catalyzed by the pandemic, gradually show a new pattern: intensifying industry differentiation and accelerating the integration of online and offline selling modes. In response to the needs of the industry chain, BY-Health collaborated with Chinese pharmacies on September 26th to take the lead in opening Chinese Pharmacies’ first live broadcast festival and explore the exclusive new retail broadcast model of pharmacies. In the live festival, sports stars were invited to the live streaming; more than 40 key provincial and city TV channels promoted this live event; and over 30,000 pharmacies participated to gain traffic boost and earnings growth.
