The “Cross-border Refunds” service specification announced that for international merchants who selected “Cross-border Refund” service (i.e. Tmall global commodities with the “Cross-border Refund” logo), if, within seven days after signing, the buyer is unwilling to complete the transaction due to subjective reasons and the commodities status meet the refund standard, he/she can apply to the merchant for the “Cross-border Refund” service.
