State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has drafted the filing for the technical requirements of gummy and powder, and companion amendments to the “Regulations on Available Auxiliary Materials Usage for the Record of Health Food Products (2020 Edition) (Draft for Comment)” and the “Formulations and Main Production Processes for the Record of Health Food Products (2020 Edition) (Draft for Comment)”. The public is now invited to make comments and suggestions in the following ways:

1. Visit the website http://www.samr.gov.cn and submit your opinions through the “Survey” in the “Interaction” section of the home page.

2. Send your comments and suggestions by email to bjspda@cfe-samr.org.cn, please specify “Solicitation of Opinions on Adding Gels Candies and Powders to the Record of Health Food ” in the subject of the email.
