Zhejiang NHU Company Ltd., a Chinese ingredient supplier, has released its 2020 Semi-annual sale forecast. The company expects the net profit for the first half of FY20 to be about RMB 2.196 billion – 2.311 billion yuan (USD $310 million – $327 million), an increase of 90% – 100% compared to the previous year.
The significant increase in the first half of 2020 is primarily related to the company’s sales volume growth of its main products: Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Biotin. Overseas epidemic spread of COVID-19 in Germany and Switzerland enabled foreign companies’ Vitamin A and E production capacity to decline. Therefore, the company’s related products sales volume and price rose when overseas markets import of vitamins from China rose. (Source: Shukangzhengxun)
