According to the data during the mid-year sales campaign from Tmall, the e-commerce platform released a report to talk about eight changes of Chinese people’s daily life in the post-COVID period.

It shows that the sales volume of folic acid was up by 97% from a year ago, and the sales volume of health food for maternity was up by 206%.

Most of the consumers are from the generation who are born in the 1990s.

On the other hand, the data also show that the sales volume of traditional medicine products also grew by 134%, and that of the nourishment products grew by 144%. (
