According to data from the national market regulator, the standard rates of each of the first three quarters this year are all above 99%. The rates are higher than the rate of the general food.

In the first quarter of 2019, 3,450 batches of health foods were randomly inspected, with a pass rate of 99.7%.

In the second quarter of 2019, 4,458 batches of health foods were sampled with a pass rate of 99.1%.

In the second half of 2019, 15,833 batches of health foods were randomly inspected, with a pass rate of 99.6%.

Recently, the national market regulators released a work guidance with other six top government agencies to clean the market of health food by the end of 2021, improving the satisfaction by consumers over the health food. (Source: shuzheng kangxun)
