On June 2, 2020, China’s National Health Commission released news of three new strains approved for infant food:

Bifidobacterium infantis R0033, Bifidobacterium bifidum R0074, and Lactobacillus helveticus R0052. These strains were previous approved as edible food in 2010, but the scope is now expanded to infant food. (Source: National Health Commission)
