Recently, the national market regulator released the agency’s national lawmaking plan in 2020.

The plan shows that seven regulations will be submit to superior agencies, and 48 department regulations will be made or revised.

The 48 regulations include quality control regulation of food-related product, regulation on food production and food labels, regulation of formula registration method of infant formula dairy product and medicine registration regulation etc. (Source: Shuzheng Kangxun)
