The market of bird’s nest grows rapidly in China in recent years, including the fresh made and instant products.
Officials with the national market regulators said that with the market grows, more measures on risk control and measurement would be adopted. The product of bird’s next would be highlighted in regulation.
Statistics show that from 2016 to 2018, the annual growth rate of bird’s nest online has exceeded 50%,especially the freshly made products, enjoying an annual growth rate of nearly 100%.
On Singles Day,the bird’s nest brand Xiao Xiandun generated sales volume of 130 million yuan on Tmall and JD.com, while last year its sales volume reached 500 million yuan. (Source:sina.com)
