According to the official data from China’s general customs, last year saw a strong growth in foreign trade, especially given the healthy development of new forms including the cross-border e-commerce.
The import and export value via the cross-border e-commerce platforms reached 186.21 billion yuan, which was up by 38.3%.
Since, 2018, the Chinese government has released a series of policies to boost the foreign trade, including the tax reduction policy.
The relevant policies have significantly boost the foreign trade, and saw a series of tax reduction including the tax on daily consumer products, and on some drugs. It has helped to boost the import of consumer products and drugs to grow by 19% and 25.8% from a year ago. (Source:shuzheng kangxun)
