The Civil Affairs Department, China Bank and Insurance Regulatory Management Committee and the National Market Regulation Bureau co-released a risk alert over illegal financing and sales fraud of health food.

Recently, some elderly service institutions and companies are conducting sales fraud of health food in the name of elderly service, health service and others to sell membership, the quota of beds in hospitals and elderly service institutions, which harms the due rights of elderly people.
