A report by CBNData regarding the consumption habits of consumers living outside major cities was released recently.

According to statistics, about 68.4% of the Chinese populations live outside the third-tier cities and below. Thanks to the rapid economy development, the consumption trend index in the third tier cities has surpassed that in the first and second tier cities.

The sales growth of fresh food, tea product and health product by young people living outside major cities have surpassed that in the major cities.
