According to the General Customs, in the first three quarters this year, the import of medicines and health product in China reached 52.57 billion dollar, up by 35.5% from a year ago, shifting from the rapid decrease from last year.

The analysis shows that the western generic medicine and biochemicals are the major driver of the growth of western medicine，and a major reason for the rapid increase of the health product and western medicines import.
