The Ministry of Civil Affairs recently released the regulation on the illegal conducts towards elderly consumers.

The new regulation shows that those organizations or individuals who cheat the elderly consumers by selling illegal health food will be blacklisted in the elderly service market.

The regulation also shows other situations that will have the involved organizations or individuals blacklisted include: operate services without registering with the authority, do harm to elderly people’s due rights, cause mamjor safety accidents, refuse to accept inspections from the authority, and does not submit annual report in time etc.(Source：baijiahao）
