According to the National Statistics Bureau, the general retail value of consumers reached 3.8 trillion yuan in October, up by 7.2% from a year ago.

Regarding the sales of cosmetics, the retail value of cosmetics reached 23.4 billion yuan，up by 6.2% from a year ago.
