On September 5th, the local market regulator of Henan province released the draft of approval review plan on sports nutrition food production in Henan province, and started to gather for public opinion.

The deadline for the submission is September 20.

The move came after Fujian province’s market regulator released similar plan earlier.

In July, 2017, Beijing Food and Drug Bureau released the first guidance document on sports nutrition food market entry regulation. After that, provinces including Guangzhou and Heilongjiang followed suit. (Source:shuzheng kangxun)
