The national market regulator recently held a press conference to introduce th guidance over the “warning” wording of health food and the management of health food ingredient catalog.

Sun Meijun, the deputy of the national market regulation bureau, said that the two documents represent two important fundamental institutional arrangement. The two other relevant documents that are now open for public opinion are about the claiming of health function as well as the standard of health food testing technology respectively.

Ms. Sun also said that more regulatory measures are on the way to be released, which would be about the ads censorship, the certificate update methods, the management of production, and the co-efforts by government agencies to crack down illegal conducts. （Source：dsdod）
