The health brand Herbalife recently announced its strategic partnership with the Chinese internet giant Tencent in digital transformation, and will fully launch this transformation in China.

After the transformation, Herbalife China will build a value chain channel form online to offline, and will be an user-centered company.

According to the agreement, the two companies will spend three years to build online vendors for Herbalife’s marketing team, and CRM platform.

Tencent will be in charge of all technological tasks including system research, users analysis, plan design, system design, and other technology related tasks. (
