China’s GreenFrensh Group recently announced that it bought Canadian Milk manufacturing Inc., or CMM’s 30% shares, and the signing ceremony was held in Hong Kong.

The Chinese company would gain 3 board seats of the Canadian company, and would take good advantage of its own sales channel together with the latter’s strong R&D capability to take bigger share of the market.
