The local market regulator of Gansu has launched a 100-day campaign to target at illegal conducts in the local health market.
The government has dispatched 162,300 batches of inspectors to check public places including communities, parks and squares, as well as hotels and restaurants.
The inspections have covered over 38,000 health food shops. Province-wide, 519 cases were set with the value of over 18 million yuan.
The government agency also started to gather public opinion over a number of documents including the health food industry clean-up plan. (Source:shuzheng kangxun)
