Recently, the Chinese Saas Service provider Youzan.com released information saying that the Chinese internet conglomerate Baidu Inc. invested 300 million dollar in the company.

In the future, Baidu would support Youzan from a strategic level, including financially and resource-wise.

Youzan has serviced over 4.42 million vendors, including retail, beauty industry, education, hotel and tourism etc.
