The free trade pilot zone of Shenyang, Liaoning province, recently launched the incubation base for cross-border e-commerce startups.

The base would offer over 600 desks and multiple training classrooms, conference rooms and enterprise service centers.

The base would also bring in foreign trade experts and e-commerce platforms to provide training to startups. It also provides VR training system and would cooperate with universities based in Shenyang. (Source: Xinhua)
