Chen Ruiai，NPC representative and professor of South China Agricultural University, urged at this year’s national congress meeting that “health food regulation law” should be made as soon as possible.

The representative said that more standards and regulations should be made to clarify on the definition of health food and food safety standard.

A better process regulation over production and market of health food should be set up.
