The Australian high-end dairy brand Bubs aims to partner with China’s infant product and service brand Beingmate to set up a joint venture, and to sell Bubs’ infant goat milk powder and dietary supplement.
Kristy Carr, the CEO and founder of Bubs, said that Beingmate has a good understanding of Chinese market and the local regulation, and has a good sales network. The company is a listed company and produced 280 kinds of infant products. Beingmate appreciates Bubs’ brand, and thinks that the brand has a good potential in China’s market.
Beingmate once had a JV with New Zealand’s Fonterra, but last year the two companies ceased the partnership. (Source:baobei360)
