Tmall Global recently released a report on the cross-border e-commerce consumption.

The report shows that regarding the retail market share, Tmall Global has topped the ranking a consecutive third year. Its market share of the last fourth quarter was 31.7%.

The sales value of cosmetics and beauty products has been climbing in Tmall Global’s platform. Besides beauty brands of Japanese and Korean, market shares of products from Thailand, Poland and Germany are also rising.

Health products that help to protect against aging are also increasingly popular.

Wine and healthy snacks are also seeing an increase in sales in the past two years. Buying maternity products from cross-border e-commerce platform has become a very common conduct by Chinese consumers. (
