The State Council recently released a development guidance of the region of Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macau, which involve about 70 million population.

In one chapter, the guidance says that the region should be built into a “healthy bay”, with strengthened cooperation in medical services and food safety and agricultural product safety. This include cooperation in TCM and promotion of TCM overseas.
