Since the beginning of 2019, 22 cities that were newly appointed as the pilot cities of cross-border e-commerce cities including Beijing, which will implement new policies in relevant fields.

The new policy includes reduce import tax to zero towards the products listed in the cross-border e-commerce retail list, and add 63 items of taxable products that to meet the demand of local consumers, and lift the tap of annual trade value conducted by individuals from 20,000yuan to 26,000yuan.

This was confirmed by officials in a press conference about cross-border e-commerce in Beijing.
