According to the national medical products administration, which released a notice regarding the issue of importing non-special use cosmetics, since November 10, the imported non-special use cosmetic will be managed by file management nationwide.

It is a major change from the current approval management plus file management in some free trade pilot zones. After the change, the import of relevant products nationwide will all be under file management.
