The national media regulator recently released a guidance to crack down over illegal advertisement of nine kinds of products, including health food, cosmetics, beauty products, investment and art collections.

This campaign is in according with ads law and law of the minor. It covers all channels of TV and radio stations of all levels. No exemption can be made.
It specifically targets at ads that mislead consumers, or contain vulgar content, or exaggerate the effects of the relevant products. (Source:
