Recently, the provincial food safety committee of Shanxi and the provincial FDA partner with the city-level FDA regulators to launch a special campaign to prevent false advertisement and crack down over food sales fraud.

The campaign would last for a month and would enter local communities and rural areas.

This is the second large campaign of this kind since last July by the provincial authorities, which aims to severely punish those who produce counterfeits and clean up the local
