The local authority of Anshan has highlighted the importance of regulating the local food and health food market so far this year.

The campaign aims to crack down over false advertisement and other conducts that mislead consumers in buying relevant products.

It also aims to build a comprehensive system to protect the market order and consumers’ due rights, which is in response to the national and provincial authorities’ call in improving regulation in food and health food market.

In September alone, the local authority has dispatched 620 inspectors to check the relevant companies for over 1800 times, and spotted 3 illegal sales during the inspections. (Source: oeofo.com)
