The provincial food and drug regulator of Henan province recently said that residents who report on illegal conducts of food, drug, medical equipment, cosmetics and medical equipment will receive financial reward which would be up to half a million yuan.

The authority said in the notice that illegal conducts include food with illegal additives, problems during the sales and production procedures of drug, medical equipment, cosmetics R&D.
