On July 19, the Shenzhen-based health food brand Wugu Mofang, under the company name of Shenzhen Yaxiang Food Co.Ltd, submitted application to the Hong Kong EX for going public.

According to its prospectus, it is China’s second largest natural health food company. By the end of last December, its revenue reached 1.57 billion yuan. Its main product is cereals and cereals flour with standard or specialized formula.

Its sales platforms include offline network of 453 supermarkets nationwide, and some major e-commerce platforms and social network platforms. (Source: Shuzheng Kangxun)
