The local government’s agriculture management office of Inner Mongolia kicked off promotion month of green food at the campus of Inner Mongolia Agriculture University. The campaign aims to promote green production and consumption.

The staffs of Inner Mongolia’s green food development center gave out promotion brochure of agricultural products’ food safety issues, promote knowledge about green food and the idea of green development.

The staffs also invited local residents to have a taste of sample products, including dairy products, meat and vegetable which are labeled as green food.

by the end of 2017, over 2600 kinds of green or organic food are sold in the local market, produced by 939 companies. (Source:
