According to the market regulator of Qinghai province, 7690 consumers complaints were received by the provincial industry and commerce bureau via phone calls, mails and internet, up by 21.2% from a year ago.
Most of the reports are about services, product quality and food safety. 816 of the cases were processed by the regulators.
The regulators said that more efforts would be paid to protect consumers’ after-sales rights, as may of the complaints reports are related to after-sales services. (Source: xinhua)
