Nine top government agencies teamed up last year to crack down on illegal sales and false advertisement of health food nationwide for a year in 2017.

The illegal conducts spotted include operation without official approval, fake labels, illegal additives, false advertisements and marketing campaigns, and sales fraud.

By the end of 2017, food and drug regulators of all levels have inspected over 870,000 health food companies and spotted over 12,000 illegal cases.

Relevant information of the illegal cases will be released to the public shortly. (Source: sohu)
